AHHA REVIEW / Rustin Notebook + Lithograph
The Jean Rustin Foundation has closely collaborated on the inauguration of the AHHA art space, a project led by Pierre Liebaert and Sandrine Lopez. To mark the launch of this long-awaited project, the artistic duo is showcasing three invited artists: French ceramicist Ophélia Derely, British painter, singer, and poet Scott Batty, and Jean Rustin.
At the heart of this grand debut is the publication of a magazine titled AHHA / FACE, which presents the exhibited works in the form of three dedicated booklets, each focusing on one of the featured artists. The third booklet is entirely devoted to Rustin.
The magazine is available in its standard version, as well as in a limited edition of only 10 copies. This special edition includes, among other pieces, a miniature of Derely’s busts, a multiple by Batty, two photographic prints by Liebaert and Lopez, and a lithograph by Rustin based on an original drawing by the artist. This lithograph was produced on the presses of engraver Bruno Robbe in Frameries and is published in an edition of 100 copies.
The works are on display at 81 Rue Ransfort, Brussels, until March 2025.
The full magazine will be available soon: COMING SOON.
